Customer Service Agreement

This customer service agreement is between Sabre Event Merchandise Ltd and you and applies to all transactions carried out through this website. Please read this agreement carefully before you place your order. Placing an order online is easy. You simply place the items you require in your shopping trolley by clicking on ADD TO BASKET whenever you see an item you would like to buy. Adding an item to your trolley does not commit you to buy as you can always remove it later. You can review the contents of your trolley at any time by clicking the Shopping Trolley button. Once you have found all the items you need, go to the checkout and pay for your purchases by following the simple instructions given there. When you have completed the check out details you will be shown a final order summary.

Once this information has been entered you will be transferred to the secure server using SSL technology. You will then need to enter your payment details including credit card details and your full billing address.

Please note that any goods purchased on this website must be for personal use only and must not under any circumstances be purchased for commercial purposes or distributed commercially.

Acceptance of orders

All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by e-mail shortly after we receive it. At this point a binding agreement will be created between us in accordance with this customer service agreement.

Prices

All prices on this website are quoted in UK Sterling and include VAT where chargeable. VAT is charged at 20%.

Listing and descriptions

Sabre Event Merchandise Ltd makes every effort to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and life-like. Whilst the reproduction of colours and styles contained on the photographs shown on this website are as accurate as image and photographic processing will allow, Sabre Event Merchandise Ltd cannot accept responsibility for slight variances in colour or style.

Payment

Only credit and debit cards are acceptable as payment for orders via this website.

Clerical errors

Sabre Event Merchandise Ltd use all reasonable endeavours to ensure that all information on this website is accurate. In the unlikely event that an incorrect price is displayed in relation to any product on this site due to a clerical, typographical or pricing error, Sabre Event Merchandise Ltd shall have the right to refuse to accept any order or cancel any contract to supply such product whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card has been charged. If a credit card has already been charged for the purchase and the order is cancelled for this reason Sabre Event Merchandise Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card in the amount of the incorrect price within five days.

Delivery

Sabre Event Merchandise Ltd aims to dispatch all orders within three working days. Delivery is by either Royal Mail or by courier if that is cheaper or if the total value of the order (excluding VAT & delivery) exceeds £40.

When orders are delivered by Royal Mail, First class Delivery is used within the UK and Swiftair plus recorded outside the UK. Please note that delivery even within the UK can take up to 5 working days. Sabre Event Merchandise Ltd cannot be held responsible for delays that may occur during transit. In the unlikely event that your order has not arrived within 30 days you will be entitled to a full refund.

Right to cancel, return and exchange goods

You have the right to cancel any order that you have placed with us or return or exchange any item purchased from us for any reason whatsoever up to seven days after the date on which the product has been delivered to you provided you have not used the product or, in the case of software, audio or visual products, have not unsealed its packaging. This right does not apply to any products which we have made or customised specifically for you or to any products which by their nature have a limited lifespan and does not effect your statutory rights.

Faulty goods

In the unlikely event that any item is found to be faulty in anyway Sabre Event Merchandise Ltd will offer a full refund or an exchange but will have no further liability to you.

Cancellation, returns and exchange procedure

If you wish to cancel an order or return or exchange any item purchased from this website, you should return the appropriate item(s) to our address as above. Please quote your original order reference, your name, address and contact telephone number, and the nature of the return.
All goods must be returned at your own cost unless they are faulty. If you are exchanging items we will pay for the cost of sending replacement items to you.

If an order is cancelled or goods are returned within seven days of delivery, a refund for the cost of the purchase price will be credited to your credit card within five days of your notifying us that you wish to cancel your order or returning the goods to us as the case may be.

Refunds for faulty good will be credited to your credit card within five days of the return of the goods.

Governing law

These conditions of sale and any contracts made under them are governed by and shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales whose courts shall be courts of exclusive competent jurisdiction.
